- USEF Senior Dressage judge with Young Horse, Freestyle and Equitation designations.
- Centerline Scores 5 star rider
- Eventing judge
- USDF Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist (on same horse trained by Alison start to finish)
- USDF Bronze and Silver Freestyle bars
- USEF long listed rider with Granus -- competed at Gladstone (National Championships) twice
- Many USDF year end awards
- Many Championship wins and placings
- Many students received USDF Medals and successfully competed though FEI
- Students compete in Eventing as well as Dressage

- Owned and operated dressage training and breeding barn in Virginia for 25+ years
- Trained many horses from start through FEI levels
- Competition experience through Grand Prix
- Currently training own horse
- Stood breeding stallions and raised foals and young horses
- Experience with many breeds - Warmbloods, Thoroughbreds, Andalusians and Lusitanos, Quarter Horses, Arabs etc.
- Experience with all levels of riders from starting Dressage to upper level professionals
- Competed in Hunters, Equitation, Eventing and Working Equitation
- Specializing in bringing horses back from injury
- Trained with many top trainers including Felicitas Von Neuman-Cosel, Linda Zang, Lars Peterson, Debbie Bowman and Jeremy Steinberg. Clinics with clinicians such as Debbie McDonald and Lisa Wilcox
